Scooter Braun has sold the entirety of his Ithaca Holdings to South Korea’s HYBE, formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment, and the home of K-pop superstar BTS. A regulatory filing in Korea shows that HYBE has agreed to pay a total of $1.05 billion for Ithaca, Music Business Worldwide reports.
