One Spotify user has made a playlist of all the songs David Lynch mentions during his weather reports. The charismatic director has reinstated these reports during the early days of the pandemic, via his David Lynch Theater YouTube channel, and he has been doing them since. His reports are mostly quite similar - hot and sunny most of the days - so it's his favorite songs that make for a difference.
