Six of ten top-grossing tours of 2019 were reunion tours or legacy acts, whose most prolific and successful musical output are years or even decades behind them. The top three earners were Ed Sheeran, Pink, and BTS, but then it travels back to the 20th century - Elton John, The Rolling Stones, Metallica, Paul McCartney, Backstreet Boys and Kiss.
