How children’s song financed UK drill
A funny story in the Guardian about UK's Relentless Records, a home to children's song, as well as some UK drill. In, 2018 Relentless' founder Shabs Jobanputr signed a deal to distribute 'Baby Shark', a children’s song that recently became the most viewed video ever on YouTube with 7.04bn views. The Baby Shark deal has proved a money-spinner for Relentless, and it has "given us a platform to do other things. It gives us more flexibility to take a few more risks with things like Headie One”, Jobanputra said.
