Rock guitar heroine Nita Strauss made history this week when her song 'Dead Inside' hit No. 1 on the Mediabase Active Rock Chart. This is the first time in history for a female solo rock artist to have a #1 single on rock radio, Loudwire reports. Strauss says she is a descendant of Austrian composer Johann Strauss through her father.
