Rolling Stones, Dead Kennedys, Cardi B were also sued by their cover-art subjects

Inspired by the strange case of naked child photo of Spencer Elden and Nirvana's 'Nevermind' cover art, Pitchfork looks back at the history of bands being sued by their cover art subjects. Apart from the grunge icons, Cardi B, Rolling Stones, Vampire Weekend, Dead Kennedys, and Dido have also gotten themselves into similar problems.
