Riley Gale, frontman of the acclaimed Texas thrash metal band Power Trip, has tragically died at the age of 34, Blabbermouth reported. Since their formation in 2008, Power Trip have been among the leaders of a new wave of thrash metal, with a sound bridging thrash and hardcore punk. They’ve built up a substantial following, although they only released two albums, thanks in large part to their electrifying live shows.
