The National, Martha Wainwright sing covers for Australia benefit concert

The National have covered INXS’ 'Never Tear Us Apart' to 'Songs For Australia', a compilation album put together by Australian singer-songwriter Julia Stone to benefit brush fire relief efforts. According to Rolling Stone, Kurt Vile has taken on Nick Cave’s 'Stranger Than Kindness', Rice remade Sia's 'Chandelier', Martha Wainwright covered Nick Cave’s 'Ship Song', and Stone herself made a cover of 'Beds Are Burning' by Midnight Oil, along with a music video that pays tribute to Australian culture and wildlife (watch below).
