The NME released the shortlist for its 2020 awards, with Billie Eilish, Slowthai, Stormzy and The 1975 all achieving multiple nominations. Emily Eavis has been named a Godlike Genius, in recognition of her "outstanding contribution" to the Glastonbury festival. Some of the categories:
