Stereogum Album of the week: 'Duster' by the almost-forgotten Duster - "an album so fulfilling"

American space-rock band Duster are "your favorite indie band’s favorite indie band", almost forgotten but profoundly influential band, whose last album came out 20 years ago. This week they're back with their third album 'Duster', the one Stereogum picked out among others released this week because - "heavy and sludgy, and any sense of urgency is sporadic. It’s a deep wallow and, like their previous music, the songs on 'Duster' are inspired by celestial wanderings, the feeling of looking up at the stars and realizing how insignificant you really are".
