100 best albums of 2019, the Quietus choice

The Quietus is opposed to album rating and best-of lists in general, but still, they took a bullet for their audience and made a list of 100 best albums of 2019. Good that they did, it's one of the most diverse. In the top 10 only, they have Black Midi, Richard Dawson, and Sunn O))), with the top spot taken by maybe the least famous name on the list - Loraine James. Why the London producer? - "a grab-bag approach borne of big city multiculturalism, and a clear fascination with, and love of, sound in general".
