Phonocut - a machine for recording vinyls at home

Phonocut is the size of a regular turntable, and it allows users to connect a digital audio source of their choice and use an accompanying app to help format the audio to fit two sides of a 10-inch record. From there, a diamond stylus will etch the sound wave into the surface of the record. It will be available for a limited pre-order through a Kickstarter campaign on October 15, with the price set at €999, Exclaim reports.
