Mclusky frontman: I was living on four grand a year when I was in that band

An excellent interview in the Quietus with Andrew Falkous from the newly reformed UK indie-punks Mclusky*, with a great introduction. Now that they're playing again "it's the first time I haven't lived month-to-month since I was 18", Falkous says, "I basically don't have to worry about money for a while. And I get to go out and have some great times with my friends. The only real difference for me is I drink quite a bit less these days, which is to do with not wanting to die prematurely". Falkous, by the way, says they haven't reformed, since there's an asterix - Mclusky* - in the band name now.
