Best albums of 2009 so far, Stereogum's choice

It goes from Hot Chip to Vampire Weekend, it covers a lot of ground, but it lacks some outstanding British music - Slowthai, Little Simz, Dave, Maverick Sabre, and generally some leftfield music - Spelling, The Comet Is Coming, Bibio, Aldous Harding, Holly Herndon, to nema a few, but still it's a good starting point to discovering this part of the year. Here it is.
