Ionnalee on her new album: I wanted to make something that was positive

Swedish singer Jonna Lee thought she was gonna lose her voice, due to medical issues, so she was hastily making her album, and asked fans to crowdfund her tour. They funded it in five days (she expected it would last a month), and when she returned from the tour she was inspired to write a whole new album ripe with optimism - 'Remember The Future', signed with the name of her latest identity - ionnalee (prior to that she was iamamiwhoami). She says in an interview with PopMatters that 'Remember the Future' - "just brought so much joy into my life, and so I'm hoping that that will be something people can use it for, to feel something new."
