Nipsey Hussle murder: Jury indicts man
A grand jury has indicted 29-year-old Eric Holder Jr for murder of Nipsey Hussle, and two counts of attempted murder, after two other men were injured when the rapper was shot dead in March. Earlier this month, Holder's high-profile lawyer, Christopher Darden, filed a motion to withdraw from the case, citing death threats. Holder will now be represented by an attorney in the public defender’s office, USA Today reports. In other Nipsey Hussle news, All Hip Hop reports that his sister Samantha Smith has won legal custody of the late rapper's daughter Emani. Smith set off a custody battle with the girl's mother Tanisha Foster, claiming it was Ermias Asghedom and his family who were the major presence in Emani's life along with the rest of Emani's paternal family.
