Norah Jones, Quincy Jones, Jon Bon Jovi donate thousands of dollars to Democratic politicians

Spin has combed through USA government documents and compiled a list of popular musicians who have donated this quarter to Democrats. Individual contributions are limited to 2,800 dollars to a candidate. Here's some donators: Norah Jones donated 2,500 dollars to "socialist" candidate Bernie Sanders, Foo Fighters guitarist Chris Shiflett gave him 1,000 dollars, Jackson Browne sent Elizabeth Warren 300 dollars, Quincy Jones donated 2,800 dollars to Kamala Harris, and Duran Duran bassist John Taylor thought 500 dollars was enough for her. Democratic star, former musician himself Beto O’Rourke received 2,8000 dollars from Willie Nelson, 2,800 dollars from Dave Matthews Band violinist Boyd Tinsley, and 1,850 dollar from Phil Lesh, Grateful Dead bassist. Weezer guitarist Rivers Cuomo donated 1,000 dollars to Andrew Young, and Jon Bon Jovi donated 5,600 dollars to Cory Booker, $2,800 of which was reattributed to Bon Jovi’s wife based on contribution limits.
