Scientists have revealed that playing hip-hop music while making cheese results in it having the ‘funkiest’ flavour. According to a study conducted by Swiss cheesemaker Beat Wampfler and a team of researchers from the Bern University of Arts, while hip-hop made it ‘funky’, cheese made whilst rocking out to Led Zeppelin or relaxed with Mozart had milder zests.
