Vic Mensa covers The Cranberries' 'Zombie', well, maybe he shouldn't have

Rapper Vic Mensa's pseudo punk-band 93PUNX released a cover of the Cranberries’ 'Zombie', on the anniversary of Dolores O’Riordan’s death (listen to it on Stereogum). Maybe a wee bit grandiose and glam for a 1990s alt-rock band. Her surviving bandmates are back as well with the lead single 'All Over Now' from their final album with O’Riordan, 'In The End' (listen to single here). O’Riordan had recorded demo vocals for the album’s 11 songs by December 2017,  the band went back into the studio and completed those songs (Stereogum).
